The magical Hogwarts Express from Harry Potter was inspired by the real-life Jacobite steam train, which crosses the stunning Glenfinnan Viaduct in the Scottish Highlands.

Hamish, in a tartan cape, waves dramatically as the train chugs past. Clyde sticks his head out of the last carriage, ears flapping and tail wagging. “We’re off to wizard school!” Hamish shouts. But wait… did Clyde accidentally bring a live haggis?
